I would devour pancakes/french toast in the morning with a side of sausage and a giant glass of chocolate milk, followed by a steak and cheese for lunch and pizza dinner. But I don’t eat that every day, nor would I want to. For me, a huge part of maintaining my health is to honor my body and what I put into it. The food I eat has a direct correlation to my physical, mental and emotional well-being.
There are definitely days when I go out for a delicious, artery clogging steak and cheese. 😉 While I thoroughly enjoy each greasy bite, the processed food lowers my physical and mental energy significantly. I’m left in a food coma feeling completely sluggish and sleepy while my body is using all of it’s sources working to either assimilate or eliminate the food-like product I just ate.
Everything in the Universe has a vibration (frequencies), including your physical body. Each flower, plant, tree, mineral, rock, crystal, or gemstone has its own specific vibration. Each type of cell, organ, and system in each living organism also has its own specific vibration. Each thought and emotion has its own vibration. Each sound and color has its own vibration.
A healthy human body has 62-72MHz of energy. While death is measured at 25MHz of energy. The picture below is just to show you how much energy is contained in the types of food you eat.
So, if you sit down for some spaghetti and meatballs with a side of garlic bread for dinner (which is all processed), you’re literally consuming a meal that has the frequency of death. Actually, an energy frequency lower than death. And sadly, processed and canned foods seem to be the norm these days. And we wonder why we’re feeling so fatigued, sick and mentally sluggish. What’s even worse is that we’re feeding this to our growing children whom desperately need nutritious high vibration food.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE pizza, tacos and fries and we’ll have it about once a month (if that) because I know the consequences of how I will feel afterwards. Like a slug… And I have much more respect for my body than to beat it down with dead food.
I like to keep it real. Real food, organic produce, fresh fruit, blended, cut, sliced, chopped and cooked by me, for me and my family. <3
Now that the weather is getting into spring (when mother nature isn’t being bi-polar), I’ve been having smoothies for breakfast almost every morning. It tastes SO good and I love the boost of energy it gives me to start off my day. I like to throw in bananas, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, almond milk and either chia seeds or a vegan protein powder. 🙂
Occasionally, I’ll make a smoothie for lunch too. While my breakfast smoothie tends to stay the same, my lunch smoothies vary a lot! One of my favorite ones is with apples, kale, avacado and apple juice. Really good and filling! Landon loves this one! 🙂
Apart from smoothies, I enjoy mushroom and vegetable stir fry’s, soups and a LOT of salads! There are so many delicious combinations that are packed with high vibes and I have a lot of fun trying them all. Instead of falling into a fatigued food coma after my meals, I always get a bit of a boost and feel rejuvenated, like my batteries were just charged. It gives me the energy I need to keep up with chores, library trips, play dates, crafts, reading time, gardening, blogging and keeping up with my high-energy, fun-filled 3 year old. We only have one vehicle to carry us throughout life, our body. Let’s take care of it, nurture it and keep it real. 😀
